Our Supply range is:CEMDY50 is established with pure clinker of bauxite based calcium Aluminate. The controlled fashioned design between the CA/CA2 phases makes CEMDY50 exhibit good refractoriness and early strength. Its controlled mineralogy gives the formulator greater flexibility in monolithic design. The simple formulated composition of calcium aluminates in CEMDY50 makes it suitable for use as the primary binder or in combination with other reactive minerals. As lone principal binder in a formulation, CEMDY50 shows excellent refractoriness and high early strength. Addition of CEMDY50 to Portland cement will accelerate the initial set. It can be used in combination with other reactive minerals to form the binder in many formulations for fast setting patch materials, non shrink grouts etc.
CEMDY70 is established with pure clinker of calcium Aluminate, which contains calcium mono-Aluminate (CA) and calcium di -aluminate (CA2) as main phases. (Where C=CaO and A=Al2O3). The controlled fashioned mineralogical design between CA & CA2 CEMDY70 exhibit optimum beneficial properties in castable formulations. Its controlled mineralogy gives the formulator greater flexibility in monolithic design. It shows good compatibility with micro silica. The pure composition of calcium aluminates in CEMDY70 makes it suitable for use as the primary binder or in Combination with other reactive minerals. As lone principal binder in a formulation, CEMDY70 shows excellent refractoriness and high early strength. CEMDY70 is a preferred refractory binder for many formulators for high technology deflocculated castable systems such as LCC, ULCC, shot Crete and pumpable refractories. CEMDY70 doesn’t contain any additive which extends greater flexibility to the formulator for product designing without any potential for chemical mismatch.
